●  To complete the generator product series, GOOYO has developed a new type water-cooled silent genset on the basis of previous technical achievements. Compared with traditional models, this series has made great improvements in technology innovation and breakthroughs, with significant advantages of high cost performance, small size, high reliability, great noise reduction, convenient transportation, higher power, and easier maintenance.

Reliability 

●  Four-cylinder in-lined water-cooled diesel engine with speed of 1500r/min. 4-pole brushless maintenance-free all-copper alternator. Outdoor powder spraying in strict accordance with the spraying process: pickling - phosphating - high temperature treatment have all improved paint adhesion and gloss to meet the 10-year outdoor service life.

Configuration

●  50°C plate type heat exchanger and independent muffler ensure the internal temperature balance and long-time working in high temperature environment; 

Intelligent digital controller, hidden AC output terminal, power-off stop solenoid, IDEC emergency stop switch, IP67 waterproof circuit breaker, window protection cover, maintenance-free Sail battery. 

●  The genset is provided with single-point lift ring, bottom forklift slot and optional wheels to facilitate any form of transportation and operation.

Details

●  The split fuel tank reduces the probability of fuel leakage and improves the efficiency. The cyclone air filter ensures clean air intake, reduces the carbon deposition, and prolongs the engine service life; 

●  The intake air heating device can work for -15 °C low temperature environment. 

Valve switch type oil and water discharge device, large oil pot accessory, exhaust port rain cap, and protective battery insulating cap are all supplied for convenient and safe.
